The project begins only after both parties sign the agreement and the required advance payment is made.

Pricing & Payments

  • All quotations are valid for a specified duration mentioned in the proposal.
  • Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule.
  • Late payments may result in project delays or additional charges.
  • DBL reserves the right to pause execution until outstanding payments are cleared.

All payments must be made to DBL’s authorized bank accounts or official channels only.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate project information
  • Grant timely access to project locations
  • Approve designs, materials, or changes promptly
  • Make payments as per the contract
  • Collaborate with DBL teams respectfully and professionally

Delays from the client’s side may impact project timelines.

Modifications & Change Requests

Any modifications in:

  • Design
  • Materials
  • Scope of work
  • Project timeline
  • Additional features or upgrades

must be requested in writing.
DBL will provide a revised quotation, timeline, and written approval will be required before proceeding.

Construction Conditions

For construction and supervision projects:

  • Site conditions must be safe for DBL staff and vendors
  • Any unforeseen challenges (soil issues, structural complications, legal restrictions) will be handled with revised plans and approvals

DBL is not responsible for delays caused by weather, government restrictions, or third-party vendors beyond our control

Warranties & Limitations

DBL ensures high-quality workmanship, transparent processes, and professional standards.
However, we do not guarantee:

  • Exact match to digital renders (due to material/lighting variations)
  • Zero delays caused by external factors
  • Lifetime performance of third-party products or materials

Liability

DBL is not liable for:

  • Damages arising from client negligence
  • Unauthorized changes made by other contractors
  • Misuse of property or installed materials
  • Losses due to natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Any actions or delays caused by third-party service providers

Our liability is limited strictly to the contract terms.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation before project initiation; refund eligibility will depend on administrative or preparatory work already completed.
  • Once materials are purchased or execution begins, refunds may not be possible.
  • For design-only services, completed work will be billed regardless of cancellation.

A detailed refund/cancellation clause is always part of the official contract.

DBL is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of third-party websites.
